Every frequency, described in plain language
The report explains delta through high beta in words a client understands — what each band is associated with, what it may influence, and what was seen in their recording.
The whole report, from intake to signature
- Every section of the assessment — patient details, key findings, primary areas of focus, the five frequency bands with region selections, connectivity, asymmetry and phase lag, a performance dashboard, personalised recommendations, summary, benefits and programme length.
- Brain maps from your recording software, one per page, including Neurolink bitmaps, which are converted automatically.
- A live preview of the finished PDF as you type, so the printed page holds no surprises.
- English or Arabic on export. The form stays in English; the Arabic report is fully right-to-left and professionally typeset, with the clinical wording already translated.
- Reports save themselves into a library on your device. There is no file to name, no folder to remember, and nothing to lose.

Your clients' reports stay on your device
Effective 12 August 2026
1. Who this covers
This policy covers the QEEG Report Builder application published by McWellness L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It applies to every version of the app — macOS, Windows, iPadOS, iOS and Android.
The app is a tool used by a practitioner. Where it processes information about a client, the practitioner and their clinic remain responsible for that information as its controller; the app is the instrument, not the custodian.
2. What the app stores, and where
Everything you enter — client details, findings, brain map images, summaries and signatures — is written to storage on the device you are using and nowhere else. On macOS and Windows that is a QEEG Reports folder inside your Documents. On iPhone, iPad and Android it is the app's own private storage.
McWellness operates no server for this app. We cannot see your reports, cannot retrieve them, and hold no copy of them. Exported PDFs are written wherever you choose to put them, and are equally outside our reach.
3. The one time information leaves your device
The app has a single optional feature that uses the internet: translating free text into Arabic, offered next to the Arabic fields and used only when you press it.
- The fixed wording of the report — headings, standard paragraphs, clinical phrasing — is translated from a dictionary built into the app, entirely on your device. It is never transmitted.
- Only text you have typed yourself, and only the passage you asked to translate, is sent. It goes over an encrypted connection to Google's translation service, which returns the Arabic and is not used by us for anything else.
- Brain map images, exported PDFs, saved reports and your report library are never transmitted, translated or otherwise sent anywhere.
If you would rather nothing left the device at all, simply do not use the translate button and type the Arabic yourself — the field accepts direct input, and the app is otherwise fully functional with no internet connection.
4. What the app does not do
- No account, no sign-in, no password. Nothing identifies you to us.
- No analytics, telemetry, crash reporting or usage tracking of any kind.
- No advertising, and no advertising or marketing software embedded in the app.
- Nothing is sold or shared with third parties, because nothing is collected.
- No location, contacts, camera, microphone or health-sensor access is requested.
5. Keeping and deleting reports
Reports remain on your device until you remove them. You can delete any report, or several at once, from the reports sidebar in the app; deleting removes the file from the device. Removing the app removes its reports on iPhone, iPad and Android. On macOS and Windows the QEEG Reports folder is yours to manage, back up or delete like any other folder.
Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to retain, and no deletion request you need to make of us.
6. Children
The app is a professional tool intended for practitioners, not for use by children. A practitioner may of course write a report about a young client; that information is handled exactly as any other report — kept on the practitioner's device, under the clinic's own duty of care.
7. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Questions about privacy, or about how the app handles a particular kind of information, can go to info@mcwellnessuae.com.
Data handling summary
The same answers given in Apple's App Privacy questionnaire and Google Play's Data safety form.
| Category | Collected | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Health & fitness | Not collected | Assessment content is stored on the device only; the developer has no access. |
| Personal identifiers | Not collected | Client names stay on the device. No account exists, so nothing identifies the user. |
| Photos & images | Not collected | Brain maps you attach are embedded in the local report file and never uploaded. |
| Usage & diagnostics | Not collected | No analytics, telemetry or crash reporting is present in the app. |
| Location, contacts, financial | Not collected | Never requested and never accessed. |
| Text sent for translation | Processed, not stored | Only when you press translate, and only the passage you selected. Sent encrypted to Google's translation service and returned. Optional — the feature can simply go unused. |
What the app is, and what it is not
Not a diagnostic tool
QEEG Report Builder produces documents. It does not analyse EEG recordings, does not interpret them, and does not reach conclusions. Every finding in a report is one the practitioner selected or wrote.
As every report it produces states: a QEEG assessment is not a diagnostic tool and should not be used to diagnose any medical, neurological or psychological condition. Findings must always be interpreted alongside clinical history, presenting concerns and professional assessment.
Your responsibility for the content
The practitioner is responsible for the accuracy of what a report contains and for the care of the client information it holds — including keeping the device secure and backing up the report library.
Provided as is
The app is provided without warranty of any kind. McWellness is not liable for loss arising from its use, including loss of report data; keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Getting help
The quickest route for a question about the app, a bug, or a report that will not open.
Where your reports live
On desktop, look in Documents → QEEG Reports. Copy that folder to move your library to another computer, or to back it up.
